REFORMER INTERMEDIATE

This energetic class is designed for those with reformer experience. This is our faster paced dynamic reformer class. We use heavy resistance to challenge your strength, control, and endurance as well as incorporating heavier weights. In this class our skilled instructors will lead you through a dynamic session aimed at boosting your strength, control, and flexibility. We suggest several Reformer Beginner classes to build your confidence before tackling our Reformer Intermediate classes.​ Minimum of 4 beginner classes before taking Reformer Intermediate classes. 

 

*Not suitable for beginners, clients with injuries, or pregnant clients.*

EXPRESS: ARMS, ABS, & GLUTES

Welcome to our Express 40-Minute Arms, Abs, and Glutes Reformer Class! This quick-paced session targets your arms, abdominals, and glutes, making it perfect for clients looking to fit in a fast workout amidst their busy schedules. Please note that this class moves at a faster pace than our regular flow, and has a heavy focus on abdominals. A basic understanding of fundamental movements is recommended before joining.

REFORMER BEGINNER

Welcome to our Beginner Basic Pilates class! This class is perfect for those who are new to Pilates and want to build a strong foundation by learning the basic movements. It’s also ideal for clients looking for a slower-paced, more relaxing flow focused on foundational movements. This class is excellent for clients recovering from injuries or for pregnant participants, with instructors ready to offer modifications as long as you have your doctor's approval. We recommend taking at least 4-6 Beginner classes before progressing to our Reformer Intermediate classes. 

REFORMER STRETCH

Experience our reformer stretch class, a 50-minute slow flow designed to gently stretch and lengthen your body. This class focuses on improving flexibility and promoting relaxation, allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate. Join us to enhance your overall well and find balance in your practice. Great for beginner clients.
